Phone navigator brought me here when I searched for Coffee Shops. Joke.
I'm filing a law suit now against them.
I went into the shop to change oil on my truck over two weeks ago. After PM was done, I drove for 10 (TEN) miles and my truck stopped. Oil filter wasn't tighten good enough so oil leaked out and now I need to do overhaul or replace the engine. Bosselman towed my truck back into the shop and said that will investigate what happened. For two weeks I've been told that claims department is looking into it and now I got a call and was informed that they will not cover expenses for repairs. Allan (claims department) said that some fitting was bad where you put the filter and that's why the oil leaked out. I've been trying to call him back (ABOUT 200 TIMES) and he never answered. Emailed to the shop manager (Jeff) and he never responded. I tried to get their insurance information from the regional manager (Martin) and he responded that he doesn't have that kind of information and I have to call claims department!!! Well, how can I get that information if claims department doesn't care and won't pick up the phone?? This company is just a scam who doesn't care about customers. Bottom line, NEVER GO TO BOSSELMAN for any kind of repairs, don't waste your time, money and nerves.
I will write an update here later.
When all other places on Memorial Day was closed, the gentleman on duty got this bolt we picked up on the road out of our tire and had us back on the road in no time. If it were not for that, we may have been forced to wait it out until next business day. These guys are saviors. They work hard when other businesses are closed.
I wouldn't recommend getting a PM service done here. They do not pay attention to deal for got to tighten my oil filter. Had to have there Tulsa shop bring out 5 gals of oil and tighten filter back up. And still waiting on there call back to have the underneath of my truck washed do to all the oil. So seeings how the manager can't make a simple return call. guess I'll be contacting there corporate office to get it taken care of.
Per a mechanic that works there they do not have, certified mechanics, can't even get thermostats, you will have to wait a few days for parts to come from OK city, then they don't get authorization from Cdi to send you to the Tosh shop. CDI will not authorize Tosh because they've had too many half assed repairs and engines get blown. This Boss shop also sends you across the street to the Tosh tire shop, where you will pay at least 50% more. Like an 11R24.5 is an Exotic size? Don't get ripped off, there's a TA an exit or 2 down, and they honor warranties, not like this Boss or Tosh.
