Awesome place to stay! Was driving through from Chicago to Vegas and decided this was a good half way mark. Hotel looks even better than photos. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Will be staying here on the way back and would recommend this place.
This place is beautiful. Clean, organized, better than any Hilton or other big chain hotel.
Facility needs some maintenance. We stayed there 5 years before and loved it. Staff went out of there way to assist when the hairdryer in our room died. Breakfast was ample at varied. Location is very good with easy on and off I-40, a Denny's and fuel across the street, and the city park just up the street. Wish they allowed pets.
Great, clean rooms....
Hotel was nice enough for being a pull off the highway place to rest your head, but I paid cash for a beer to the evening front desk person and in the morning I found out she had posted the beer to my room and pocketed the cash... when I asked about it at check out, the person at the desk said she couldn't fix it, a manager would have to make the correction. I left my contact info and said I would like to be contacted as soon as the manager came in. 3 or 4 days later I was called and told my bill was corrected, with no apology or explanation of what happened... great nights sleep, but double check your bill when you leave...
This will be a must whenever I drive by again. It will be recommended to everybody I know who travels.
Rooms were very nice and clean. However the king size bed was not as comfortable as it looked but was not horrible. The big deal was the hot tub and ice machine were not working. We were looking forward to the hot tub! Still well worth the money. Check out their last minute deals online when booking on the same day you plan to arrive.
Great pool and spa area, has its own pub/bar.
